Just 15 minutes from downtown Puerto Montt and 30 minutes from El Tepual Airport, we are easily accessible, and from here, the region's main natural and tourist attractions are within easy reach.

From El Tepual Airport, take the road towards Puerto Montt and follow the signs to Costa Tenglo Alto. The drive takes approximately 30 minutes.

Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations made 30 days or more in advance will receive a 100% refund.
• Cancellations made 15 to 29 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 15 days in advance or no-shows will not receive a refund.
• Only one date change is permitted. This can be requested up to 5 business days before your reservation date and is valid for 6 months, subject to availability and current rates. This new date will not be refundable.

Confirmation, Payments, and Validity
• Quotes are valid for 4 days from the date of issue.
• Regular reservations are confirmed with a 50% deposit. • One-night stays and programs: confirmed with a 100% deposit.

Schedules, Extensions, and Surcharges
• Check-in: between 3:00 PM and 10:00 PM
• Check-out: until 11:00 AM
• Early check-in (from 8:00 AM) or late check-out (until 3:00 PM): 50% surcharge of the daily rate, subject to availability.
• After 3:00 PM: one additional night's charge.
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM.

Check-out Procedure
• Guests must notify us of their departure at least 15 minutes in advance.
• Inventory, minibar, keys, and remote controls will be checked.
• Any consumption or damage detected will be charged to the guest's account.
• Minibar consumption is payable at check-out (prices are displayed in each unit).
• Check-outs outside of regular hours (10:00 PM to 8:00 AM)
• Must be coordinated with reception 12 hours in advance.
• All outstanding charges must be paid in full.

Security Deposit (mandatory)
• A security deposit is required at check-in to cover any potential damages, losses, breaches of contract, or additional cleaning or replacement charges.
• Reference amount: CLP $100,000 for stays of 1 to 2 nights; and an additional CLP $50,000 for stays of 3 nights or more.
• The security deposit can be provided via pre-authorization on a credit card, cash deposit, or bank transfer.
• The security deposit is released or refunded within a maximum of 72 business hours after check-out, once the condition of the property has been verified.

Rules of Use, Responsibility, and Conduct
• Damages and Losses: The guest is responsible for loss or damage to belongings (furniture and real estate). Replacement or repair costs will be charged to the guest's account or deducted from the security deposit.
• No smoking/vaping indoors: A fine of CLP $100,000 and immediate termination of the stay without refund will be imposed.
• Because we care about our flora and fauna: No parking in green areas or lighting fires outdoors.
• Conduct: Organizing parties or events that disturb the peace is prohibited.
• Any aggressive/threatening/disrespectful behavior will result in expulsion without refund.

Acceptance and Right of Admission
• Confirmation of the reservation and signing of the registration card imply acceptance of the establishment's terms and conditions.
• The guest acknowledges having read and understood the internal policies and regulations, published on the Tungulú website and in effect at the time of booking or check-in.
• Tungulú reserves the right of admission and to refuse service.
