RESERVATION POLICIES

1. Cancellations
No cancellations or cancellations will be accepted, once the reservation has been confirmed, 100% of the total amount of the accommodation will be applied as a penalty. This amount is NON REFUNDABLE.

2. Modifications
Changes of date and/or room category will not be accepted, once the reservation is confirmed.

3. No Show:
In case the passenger does not show up on the confirmed date, 100% of all nights reserved will be charged.

4. Early Departure:
100% of all nights reserved will be charged.
Reservations requested and confirmed within 48 hours of the arrival date, will be subject to our policies applying 100% of the total nights reserved in case of cancellation or no show.
In case of extending your stay, please coordinate with the Reservations Department or Front Desk.

WARANTY POLICIES AT CHECK IN
Upon arrival, it is mandatory to provide a guarantee card in order to activate a line of credit.
At check-in, a pre-authorization of $250.00 will be applied to your credit card to cover any incidental charges or potential damages to hotel property during your stay. At check-out, once everything is verified to be in order, the corresponding pre-authorization will be released.
LODGING POLICIES

The Hotel does not guarantee that the rooms will be available before the check-in time mentioned above, and guests must leave the room at the time indicated on the day of departure unless prior coordination with the Hotel's reception.
All rooms at the Hotel are NO SMOKING, guests will pay a penalty of US$ 150.00 as appropriate, for smoking in the room during their stay.
All Early Check In and Late Check Out are subject to availability.
If the room is not vacated by check-out time (12:00 noon), 50% of the daily rate will be charged.

1. Early Check In:
Arrivals after 09:00 hours, 50% will be considered, in addition to the negotiated rate according to availability.
Arrivals before 09:00 hours, an additional night will be considered.

2. Late Check Out:
Departures until 18:00 hours, 50% will be considered, in addition to the negotiated rate according to availability.
Departures after 18:00 hours will be considered an additional night.

IMPORTANT: The use of portable speakers is allowed in your room, at a moderate volume, as long as it does not affect the tranquility and rest of other guests. It is not allowed in the pool area and other common areas.
For your safety we do not allow bonfires in the hotel, we also recommend not to rent ATVs, if you do so the hotel is not responsible.

CHILDREN POLICY

Babies up to 2 years old sharing bed with adults do not pay accommodation (breakfast service not included), in case they require a crib will be added the charge of US$ 25.00 per night (Includes taxes and services). Subject to room capacity.
Children from 03 years of age and older pay the full rate of an additional person, and an additional charge of US$ 59.00 per night will be added (Includes taxes and services).

BEVERAGE AND CORKAGE POLICY

Drinks and/or liquors brought to the hotel must be registered at our front desk and corkage fee will be charged at Check In:
Wines and sparkling wines S/60.00 per bottle.
Liquors S/80.00 per bottle.
Beers and other non-alcoholic beverages of 600ml or less S/5.00 per bottle.
Beers and other non-alcoholic beverages of 1 liter or more S/10.00 for each bottle.

If the drinks and/or liquors that enter the hotel are not registered, when consumed in the bar, restaurant, pool area, pergola and beach, the corkage fee mentioned in the previous point will be charged.

If a package is received prior to the arrival date of the reservation, the products will be received and immediately the corkage fee will be charged as established in point 1 and in addition to this there will be a charge of S/. 100 for the pick up and storage service.

IMPORTANT: Once CHECK IN is done, it is forbidden the entrance of drinks and products outside the hotel by delivery or similar.

PET FRIENDLY POLICIES

Pet Friendly reservations can be made through the Reservations Department, Online and directly at the Hotel's front desk.
The rate per dog is US$ 30.00 (inc. taxes and services) per night.
A maximum of one dog per room is accepted. Limited quotas.
Guests are responsible for their dogs during their stay at the Hotel.
It is forbidden to leave the dogs alone in the rooms, they must always have a responsible person next to them.
Dogs may only be transited in common areas, designated by the administration, using collar and leash.
The guest is responsible for any damage they may cause in the hotel.
The guest must provide food for the dog, considering only cookies and not homemade food.
It is forbidden to take food from the buffet to the rooms with the pet.
In the restaurant there is a Pet area properly marked.
The guest must present at check in the complete list of vaccinations and deworming control.
Dogs may only relieve themselves in the areas designated by the hotel.
The guest is responsible for the hygiene of his dog (pick up the excrement).
The dog may not be in heat cycle.

4. Conditions:
Only one canine per room is accepted.

The guest must leave a guarantee of US$ 300.00 at check-in, which could be used to cover any damage caused.
The dog is not allowed to spend the night in the bed of the room, if detected by the hotel staff, a penalty of US$ 50.00 will be charged.
A US$ 50.00 penalty will be applied when the dog and the guest are in non-permitted areas.
Any damage or incident caused by the dog to any person shall be assumed in its entirety by the guest, who shall bear all the corresponding expenses and repair costs, including but not limited to the medical expenses of the affected persons. Any expenses and costs incurred by Punta Sal Suites & Bungalows Resort shall be immediately reimbursed by the guest owner of the dog.
Damages caused by the dog to the furniture inside your room and in the other facilities of the hotel shall be assumed in full by the guest at the time of Check Out, taking into consideration the following:
- US$ 100 for damage to each piece of furniture or fixtures, linens (sheets, pillows, towels, etc.) and other property.
- US$ 300 for damage to each mattress.
The above does not limit the hotel to demand payment of higher amounts if the damaged goods have a higher value.
It is strictly forbidden any act of mistreatment or cruelty against your pet, or acts that endanger public health. According to Peruvian law, these actions constitute crimes that may be punishable by imprisonment. The hotel will give immediate notice of these actions to the competent authorities.
Guests entering with guide dogs must present the certificates attesting to such condition, issued by the competent entities.

6. Guide Dogs
Free access in the areas of the Hotel (allowed for pets) to all guests who prove that their pet is a Guide Dog only for people with a diagnosed physical disability.
The Pet Friendly system is not charged to pets considered Guide Dogs for people with physical disabilities according to NL 458790 law n°29830.
Payment exemption does NOT apply for pets that are only for emotional support.
They can only enter the rooms allowed according to this regulation.
The pet must be registered with CONADIS (National Council for the Integration of Persons with Disabilities).
The pet must have the accreditation issued by a school recognized by the International Federation of Guide Dogs.
Also, accreditation of compliance with the hygienic and sanitary conditions imposed by the Veterinary College of Peru  Supreme Decree No. 001-2017-MIMP is attached, which approved the Regulation of Law No. 29830, Law that promotes and regulates the use of guide dogs by people with visual impairment.
