Important
For non-refundable rates, these modification conditions and the credit/rescheduling option do not apply.
1. Reservation Cancellation
Cancellations made 4 days or more before the arrival date will not incur a penalty.
However, if the reservation was paid by credit card, a 4% administrative fee will be applied to the refunded amount.
2. Reservation Modifications
Change requests made at least 3 days before the arrival date will be accepted without penalty, except for reservations paid by credit card, which will be subject to a 4% fee.
If the change is requested 3 days or less before arrival, no refunds or rate adjustments will be made. However, the guest may receive a credit for the amount paid to be used toward a future stay.
The credit may be used within 6 months from the original arrival date. The new date will be subject to availability and a new rate, and the amount previously paid will be considered a guarantee for the new booking.
The credit can be used to reschedule only once.
If 6 months pass from the original stay date without a new booking being made, a 100% penalty will be applied to the amount paid.
3. No-Show Policy
If the guest does not arrive on the scheduled check-in date (no show), the hotel reserves the right to charge the full amount of the guaranteed reservation, with no refund or modification available.


Children Policy
Children 0 to 10 years old stay free of charge when sharing the room with their parents (maximum 2 children per room).
Starting at 12 years old, a fee of USD 30.00 + taxes + VAT will apply.

Early Check-in and Late Check-out Policy
Early check-in: before 3:00 p.m. a fee of USD 5.00 per hour or fraction plus taxes will be charged.
Late check-out: USD 10.00 per hour or fraction will be charged. However, after 2:00 p.m. a full extra night will be charged.

Visitors Policy
Guests may receive visitors only in the hotel lobby.
To ensure the privacy and comfort of all our guests, visitors are not allowed in the rooms.

Pets Policy
Pets are not allowed in the rooms or in the hotel’s common areas.
