Cancellation Policy

Cancellations, no-shows and early departures have a huge negative impact on a small inn.
If your reservation is cancelled 14 days or more prior to your scheduled stay, we will refund your deposit in full. If you cancel within the last 14 days prior to your stay, or no-show, we will retain 100% of the deposit amount. The hotel reserves the right to apply special cancellation conditions based on seasonal availability for group or long-term reservations. Special conditions will apply at the time of booking. Cancellations and/or change requests must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp to +507 6821 6215. Cancellations and/or change requests will be confirmed via a message from us within 24 hours. A processing fee may be added to any and all cancellations. Please call (507) 6821-6215 if you do not receive an acknowledgement within 24 hours, otherwise the prescribed penalties will apply.

Early Departures
After check in, 50% charges for unused nights are non-refundable if you have the option to check out prior to your departure date. By completing the reservation request you are agreeing to these policies.
